ABSTRACT

Diffuse Large B-Cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is the most frequently seen subtype among metastatic breast lymphomas. Metastatic breast lymphomas are more frequently seen and their response to treatment is better than primary breast lymphomas. This report presents a 21 year-old patient who was admitted to our clinic with a complaint of painful mass in her left breast. Further evaluations showed masses with similar radiologic characteristics in her liver, pancreas, bilateral rectus muscles and left ovary. In the histopathological examination of ultrasound guided biopsies taken from the breast, rectus muscle and ovary, the patient was diagnosed as stage IVEB and high risk DLBCL. All of the lesions disappeared after systemic chemotherapy. In the case of mass presence in the breast, lymphoma should be kept in mind and systemic treatment i should be performed.
