ABSTRACT
Although breast cancer is a frequently diagnosed cancer in women, laryngeal metastases are rarely encountered. Here, a breast cancer patient with laryngeal metastases is reported. Laryngeal metastases should be kept in mind in cancer patients with higher probability of laryngeal metastases such as malignant melanoma, renal cell carcinoma and breast cancer and indirect laryngoscopy may be performed in asymptomatic as well as symptomatic patients. If laryngeal metastases are diagnosed, in order to prolong the survival, treatment modalities to achieve local control should be performed with systemic therapies.
