ABSTRACT
Skin metastasis may be the fi rst sign of internal cancer, although frequently it is a delayed symptom of a disseminated disease and indicated poor prognosis. Skin metastasis of internal cancer is rare and breast cancer has a majority on skin metastatic tumors. Skin involvement of breast cancer mostly occurs by direct invasion and/or local infi ltration. This study reports two breast cancer cases; skin metastasis as a fi rst manifestation and disseminated skin involvement after 10 years of mastectomy. Diff erent localizations of metastatic nodules imagined on ultrasonography, mammography, Magnetic Resonance imaging and in a case on Computed Tomography.
