ABSTRACT

Only few breast pilomatrixomas have been reported, with imaging showing well defined nodules with microcalcifications. İn this paper we report the ultrasonographic and mammographic features of a case of pilomatrixoma of the male breast, a rare benign neoplasm originating from the hair matrix.
